ISDN2e is a high-performance voice and data service for small business offices. With a basic installation you can connect up to eight digital devices, and harness the power and clarity of digital for your business.

With ISDN2e you get crystal-clear voice-call quality, fast data transmission and all the possibilities of a digital telephone system.

A two-channel ISDN2e circuit costs about the same as two conventional phone lines, and we also offer a FREE support service in the unlikely event of a service failure, meaning you won't miss any calls.

Telephone numbers

If you wish, you can have separate phone numbers for telephones or other devices connected to your circuit. How you do this depends on your line configuration:

• If you connect devices directly to the circuit, you can have up to nine additional MSN phone numbers which you allocate to your equipment
• If you use a switch/PBX, you can have an unlimited number of DDI numbers.

Back In Business

As an ISDN2e customer, you'll also benefit from "Back in Business", which is supplied free of charge.

In the event of a service failure, Back in Business will provide:

• A divert service that will route all calls to our voice mail service
• The ability to personalise the voicemail
• Allow you to access your messages remotely with your own personalised PIN number
